Franco, owner and operator of Pacific Beach’s popular wine bar, Enoteca Adriano, has extensive knowledge of the restaurant industry while Hugo has worked in the beverage and restaurant industry for many years and grew up in Montreal. They felt San Diego was missing out on authentic poutine and wanted be the first ones to open a restaurant dedicated to this mouth-watering dish. Be on the lookout as their doors open next month. ICSC LA Deal Making
On February 3, Location Matters attended this year’s ICSC Deal Making Conference held at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Downtown LA. Hundreds showed up to wheel and deal in the Deal Making Hall and witness the Retail Round Robin, showcasing the hottest tenants and the most active developers in Southern California, moderated by Donahue Schriber’s, Pat Donahue. A festive cocktail party ensued afterward where industry greats had a chance to hobnob with one another.
