Location Matters is proud to announce the recent sale of 4081-4087 30th St., an urban retail building located in the North Park neighborhood for $1,300,000. Situated a block and a half from the University Ave. and 30th St. intersection, the 2,516 square-foot property sits on a 6,985 square-foot parcel and consists of four retail units. The building was delivered vacant at the time of the sale. Limor Spilky and Marc Karren of Location Matters represented the buyer, George V. McKeever in this transaction. The seller, Cheryl Keller, was represented by Jan Sachs of Ascent Commercial.
