Wow, another stunning space by our amazing client, Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, is finally complete. We're thrilled to have helped them find another killer location and clearly the Carlsbad community is thrilled to have them too, as their store is jam packed with smiling customers and a line clear out the door! Bird Rock Coffee is making quite the splash lately with new ventures and awards being won left and right, but amidst all their success, they remain true to their mission of dishing out only the best, top quality coffee. The panel addressed the current state of the retail sales and leasing markets, and it was wonderful being able to hear Mike speak about what he knows best; how restaurants and retail are evolving in San Diego's ever-changing retail market.
