Two new leases have been signed at The Headquarters at Seaport Village!  Broady’s House of Flavors is taking over a 768-square-foot space to bring Philly-style water ice and deliciously inventive ice cream creations to San Diego. Founded by Rich Broady and his wife, the shop will reflect their East Coast roots, while offering a refreshing taste of home with a unique twist.  Location Matters exclusively represents The Headquarters and Mike Spilky represented the Tenant in this transaction.

 

The owners of San Diego IV have just signed a lease for their newest concept, The Vault Medspa. This luxury wellness medspa will occupy a 1,164-square-foot space and will offer a range of services, including IV therapies, aesthetics, hormone treatments, and cutting-edge anti-aging options. The Vault seeks to provide an inviting and relaxing experience for locals and visitors alike. Location Matters exclusively represents The Headquarters and Alexis Couch represented the Tenant.

Tsunami Modern Cuisine | Santee

Tsunami Modern Cuisine has officially opened its doors at Town Center Parkway Plaza in Santee! This 1,500-square-foot fusion restaurant combines the best of sushi and Mexican fare, offering a menu full of classic and specialty rolls, along with Mexican favorites like shrimp flautas, Micheladas, margaritas, and queso fundido. Tsunami replaces the former Gor Gai Thai Kitchen space, bringing a fresh and exciting option to the Santee dining scene. Alexis Couch represented the Tenant in this deal.

Em Coffee House | Mira Mesa

EM Coffee House is now open at Mesa Town Center in Mira Mesa! This 1,770-square-foot café, created by the owners of Ding Tea, brings a fresh coffee concept to the area with authentic Saigon Vietnamese slow-drip coffee. Known for its bold, Asian-inspired flavors and creative foam toppings like Ube, Matcha, and Coconut, EM Coffee House is already making a mark in the neighborhood. Alexis Couch represented the Tenant in this transaction.
