The sale of Sublime Alehouse at 121 North Cleveland St. in Oceanside has officially closed, making way for Odie’s Pizza, a highly anticipated new pizzeria from San Diego native Odie O’Connor, in partnership with Blacktop Restaurant Group. Bringing a unique blend of New York-style and Neapolitan sourdough pizzas, Odie’s will focus on high-quality craftsmanship and premium ingredients. We were honored to have Mike Spilky represent both the buyer and seller in this transaction and look forward to seeing Odie’s Pizza make its mark in Oceanside!

G-Force Gymnastics & Parkourhas officially opened in Murrieta, marking its first expansion outside San Diego County! Founded in 2008 as San Diego Gymnastics, it has grown into the county's largest gymnastics and parkour program, empowering countless young athletes. This Murrieta location is especially meaningful as the first franchise while remaining part of the same family business. Alexis Couch exclusively represents San Diego Gymnastics in their continued expansion.
