We’re pleased to announce the successful closing of a deal at 1027 University Ave. in Hillcrest, where R Place Bar & Eatery will soon open its doors. This new establishment takes over the former Barrel & Board space, which previously housed Tacos Libertad & Bo-Beau Kitchen . As the sister concept to the now-closed R Place Sports Bar & Grill, it will offer upscale Mexican-American bar fare, handcrafted cocktails, and draft beers in a vibrant indoor-outdoor setting. We look forward to seeing R Place Bar & Eatery become a go-to destination in Hillcrest! Mike Spilky represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.

The sale of Sublime Alehouse at 121 North Cleveland St. in Oceanside has officially closed, making way for Odie’s Pizza, a highly anticipated new pizzeria from San Diego native Odie O’Connor, in partnership with Blacktop Restaurant Group. Bringing a unique blend of New York-style and Neapolitan sourdough pizzas, Odie’s will focus on high-quality craftsmanship and premium ingredients. We were honored to have Mike Spilky represent both the buyer and seller in this transaction and look forward to seeing Odie’s Pizza make its mark in Oceanside!

Founded in 2008 as San Diego Gymnastics, it has grown into the county's largest gymnastics and parkour program, empowering countless young athletes. This Murrieta location is especially meaningful as the first franchise while remaining part of the same family business. Alexis Couch exclusively represents San Diego Gymnastics in their continued expansion.

Their mission is to provide results-driven treatments that promote optimal skin health. We were honored to assist in finding the perfect space for their expansion.
