Doggowash has opened its 4th location—this time in North Park! Doggowash is a modern self-serve dog wash that offers a clean, high-quality space for pet owners to wash their dogs without the mess at home. Built on values of compassion, convenience, and community, Doggowash is quickly growing a loyal following among San Diego dog lovers—and their newest spot in North Park, one of the city’s most pet-friendly neighborhoods, is a perfect fit. Coomber Craft Wines |Vista
Coomber Craft Wines has officially opened its 2nd location in the heart of Vista Village! The new tasting room and music venue is located at 344 Main St., a property purchased with the help of Marc Karren, who represented Coomber in the acquisition. The 2,187 SF building sits on a 4,417 SF lot and offers the perfect backdrop for Coomber’s signature wine experience and live entertainment. This marks the second successful collaboration between Coomber and Location Matters—Marc also had the pleasure of representing them in their 1st Oceanside tasting room lease back in 2019. Be sure to stop by and raise a glass to their continued growth!
