Location Matters facilitated the signing of a 5-year lease for Iberico Spanish Bistro at 909 Prospect Place, Suite 290, La Jolla, CA 92037 formerly occupied by Vigilucci’ s Restaurant.
The lease, for the approximately 5,220 square foot restaurant and 700 square foot patio on the second level, was valued at $662,783.
Michael Spilky of Location Matters represented Prospect Plaza Holdings, LLC (Landlord) and Jose Bravo of Location Matters represented Iberico Enterprises, LLC (Tenant) in the transaction. Iberico Enterprises also owns and operates the award winning El Agave Restaurant & Tequileria in Old Town San Diego. |
