Location Matters is pleased to announce the sale and closing of the Filling Station Pub, located at 9522 Miramar Rd, San Diego CA 92126. The Filling Station Pub was put under contract after only 2 months of being on the market, and also involved a new 10 year lease term with the purchaser. This purchase is the 2nd location of the buyer, Sissy’s Entertainment Inc., who plans on adding more food service to the location along with minor aesthetic changes. The sale included all furniture, fixtures, equipment, new lease, and an unrestricted type 48 ABC license. Paul Ahern of Location Matters facilitated this sale, representing both Buyer and Seller.
