We are proud to announce the successful leasing of two adjacent retail spaces at 8243 and 8247 La Mesa Blvd. in the heart of La Mesa to Stella Jean’s and Pop Pie Co., two of San Diego’s most celebrated culinary brands. Each concept will occupy approximately 1,300 square feet, creating a vibrant, side-by-side destination that is expected to drive significant foot traffic and further energize the Village. Stella Jean’s, known for its globally inspired handcrafted ice creams, will open its 9th location, while sister concept Pop Pie Co. will debut its 7th local outpost, bringing its chef-driven savory and sweet pies to the neighborhood. Earlybird Breakfast Burritos has arrived at The LAB Anti-Mall in Costa Mesa, where the fast-growing concept has signed a lease and opened its 3rd location in an 800 square foot space. Founded by restaurateur Scott Slater, Earlybird emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic with a mission to redefine the breakfast burrito and quickly built a West Coast cult following for its bold flavors, fresh ingredients, hearty portions, and crave-worthy comfort food. The Costa Mesa debut introduces the brand’s signature one-pound burritos to Orange County as Earlybird continues to grow. Hannah Sierpina represented the Tenant and continues to support the brand’s expansion efforts.
