This new Corona location is at Bedford Marketplace in a new restaurant pad currently under construction. Location Matters is excited to announce the sale of 243 E. Valley Parkway in Escondido for $1,085,000. This 2,300 SF investment property, home to Black Plague Brewing, was purchased by the owner of the adjacent building at 237 E. Valley Parkway, which Location Matters also sold earlier this year.
