Location Matters is pleased to announce the successful relocation of Tommy V's Urban Kitchen & Bar, which has signed a new 10-year lease for the former Giola Italian Kitchen space at The Square at Bressi Ranch — directly across the street from its longtime home in Bressi Ranch Village Center. The move gives the family-owned Italian favorite — known for its hand-crafted pastas, stone-fired pizzas, and welcoming neighborhood vibe — an upgraded setting to continue serving the Carlsbad community. We are excited to announce that goop kitchen will open a UTC location in the new Triton Center on UCSD's campus this fall. goop Kitchen, the culinary concept from goop, the modern lifestyle brand founded by Gwyneth Paltrow, launched in 2021 with the mission of making clean, delicious food accessible. The menu features hearty bowls, vibrant salads, delicious handhelds, soups, pizzas & pastas, rotisserie chicken, seasoned vegetable sides and more—all 100% gluten-free and created without refined sugar, seed oils, or highly processed ingredients. Location Matters is pleased to announce the successful sale of Pizza Nova in Solana Beach to the team behind the newly opened Colosseo Cucina Italiana at 945 Lomas Santa Fe Dr. in Lomas Santa Fe Plaza. Led by Sicilian chef and restaurateur Roberto Ciacciofera — also of R&G Salumeria Wine Bar in Little Italy — Colosseo brings a Rome-inspired menu to North County, featuring classic Roman pastas (carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe), wood-fired regional pizzas, Roman-style lamb chops, and a full bar with regional Italian wines and custom cocktails. Mike Spilky represented both the Seller and Buyer in this business sale transaction.
