This will be Joyee’s seventh restaurant, marking another milestone in their steady growth across San Diego. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Joyee’s Dumpling House for years, helping with their expansion and seeing the loyal following they’ve built along the way. Merenda Wine Bar has just opened at 1931 S. Coast Highway in Oceanside, bringing a chic and welcoming European-inspired vibe to the area. This 1,872 square foot wine bar and bistro combines a Mediterranean-focused menu with a thoughtfully curated wine shop, where guests can savor a range of shareable plates featuring house-cured charcuterie, rare cheeses, and other unique dishes. With a 10-year lease, Merenda Wine Bar aims to be a go-to spot for wine lovers and food enthusiasts alike. Marc Karren represented the Tenant in securing this location.
