Location Matters is excited to announce that Supreme Dumplings has signed a 10-year lease for 3,103 square feet, plus an exclusive patio, at 3725 Paseo Place at One Paseo in Del Mar. With locations across Washington, California, Texas, and Hawaii, Supreme Dumplings specializes in Taiwanese-style xiao long bao, or soup dumplings, hand-folded with delicate wrappers and flavorful, broth-filled centers. The concept emphasizes traditional Chinese and Taiwanese cooking and a family-style dining experience built around sharing. Its menu ranges from classic pork soup dumplings to distinctive varieties such as black truffle and chicken or Wagyu beef. Beyond dumplings, offerings include pan-fried pork dumplings, spicy wontons, tan tan noodles, braised beef noodle soup, and fried rice, with sweet dumplings rounding out the experience. Mi Pan Bakery|Mission Gorge
Location Matters is pleased to announce the opening of Mi Pan Bakery's first brick-and-mortar location at 6435 Mission Gorge Road in San Diego. Founded by self-taught baker Alejandro Gomez and his wife, Alejandra Ruelas, the artisan bakery has grown from a home-based operation into a local farmers' market favorite known for its handcrafted sourdough breads and European-inspired pastries. The new location, secured through a 10-year lease, offers an expanded selection of freshly baked breads, pastries, and specialty coffee, bringing the couple's passion for traditional baking to the Mission Gorge community.
