This 2,000-square-foot restaurant, complete with a patio, offers a sushi experience that blends tradition and innovation. Restauranteur Ed Lee who also owns Love Boat Sushisigned a new 10-year lease, after purchasing the assets of the former tenant Ebullition Brewery Mike Spilky facilitated both transactions for both buyer & seller.
California Restaurant Association Event
On September 5th, our Location Matters team attended the California Restaurant Association "All Member Meeting" event. Our team had a display table showcasing our brokerage's active restaurant spaces for lease and restaurant businesses for sale.
