Location Matters is pleased to announce that Pamir Kabob House has signed a new lease at the former Lemonade space in Hillcrest. Mike Spilky represented the landlord in the transaction. Coming from La Jolla, the family-owned restaurant has shared Afghan cuisine and hospitality since 2005. Chef Noor Amiri’s menu features signature lamb kabobs and traditional mantu—savory steamed dumplings—bringing more than two decades of culinary tradition to this next chapter. Named after the towering Pamir mountain range in Central Asia, the restaurant celebrates Afghanistan’s rich culinary heritage with family recipes passed down through generations.
