The Cottage has opened its third location in the city of Del Mar at Del Mar Plaza at 1555 Camino Del Mar. Known for its delicious breakfast, brunch, and lunch options, this new 1,987-square-foot space features their signature menu full of American and Southern Californian favorites, including granola, stuffed French toast, fish tacos, and BLTs. Designed with a fresh indoor-outdoor concept, this Del Mar location offers a cozy, beach cottage atmosphere. Mike Spilky represented the Tenant in this transaction.
Bird Rock Coffee Roasters | La Jolla
Bird Rock Coffee Roasters has just opened its 11th location on the ground floor of the new 8980 Building in La Jolla, across from the UC San Diego campus, at 8980 Villa La Jolla Drive. The 1,519-square-foot space, complete with a patio, offers their signature direct trade coffees and even introduces a new woodfired pizza menu. After years in the making, this beloved local brand is a wonderful addition to Villa La Jolla Drive.
