While summer vacations have come to an end, we can certainly anticipate some sunnier days ahead after Hillary’s quick appearance. So far Q3 has brought about a welcomed economic boost due to travel, concerts, and movies making an atomic comeback. Not to go unnoticed is the tragedy that took place in Maui, where some great San Diego eateries are raising funds to donate to those in need (See SD Magazine Article and Eater Article). Alexis Couch represents the tenant in their ongoing expansion.

Angry Chickz is on a roll with their recent opening in Aliso Viejo inside a 3,200 SF space at Aliso Viejo Town Center as their first Orange County location and signed leases in Thousand Oaks and Vallejo, California. This popular Nashville hot chicken is quickly expanding throughout California, with outposts in Nevada and Arizona and over 20 locations currently in operation. Sending off Wylie Streich who served as our 2023 Summer Intern to learn hands-on experience in Commerical Real Estate Marketing. During his internship, he was a great help with new listing research and our online and Social Media presence. Wylie is spending the last few weeks of summer in his home state, Oregon, before returning to USD to complete his senior year where he will graduate with a degree in Business Administration and Real Estate. We’d like to thank Wylie for all his hard work as our summer intern and wish him the very best in his final year in college.
