The owner of Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza has taken over the former Carte Blanch Bistro and Bar in Oceanside to feature their Toasted Gastrobrunch + Dinner concept. Toasted originated in Las Vegas, and has since expanded to California with the first location in Carlsbad. They have moved their former Carlsbad location into the heart of Oceanside in the stunning 4,300 SF space on the ground floor of the SALT complex. Toasted will be a phenomenal addition to Oceanside bringing its expansive breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu, plus a full bar. Mike Spilky represented both buyer and seller in this transaction.

Napatini Bistro and Wine Bar | Oceanside

Hailing from California’s wine country, the owners of Napatini aim to provide an upscale winetasting experience with the highest quality California wines paired with delicious small plates in a relaxed atmosphere. They recently signed a lease at 610 Mission Ave in Oceanside, to open their second San Diego location in 2,150 SF space. Their much-anticipated Carlsbad location is set to open this month on State Street. Mark Karren represented the tenant in this transaction.

Burger Lounge | Carmel Valley

Fast-casual Burger Lounge has secured its 9th San Diego location with 1,561 SF of restaurant space at The Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch in Carmel Valley. This San Diego-born brand has been expanding throughout Southern California and up to Sacramento since it first opened in La Jolla in 2007. Their success is derived from only using the best organic ingredients to create great tasting burgers people can feel good about eating. Michael Spilky represents the tenant in their ongoing expansion.

Petals by Jenc | National City

Local South Bay residents are starting their new creative venture, Petals by Jenc. A National City flower shop that will rival 1-800-Flowers delivery and 24-hour flower vending machines. Petals will provide fresh, beautiful flowers with top-notch service to commemorate all of life’s big moments to become the go-to flower shop in the South Bay! Alexis Couch represented the tenant.
