It has been revealed that the former Shakedown space in San Diego’s Midway’s District will become Banzai, a 1980s surfer magazine inspired 21 and up bar offering food and lots of good cocktails. The new owners, Chad Cline and Jason “Rocky” Nichols, also run THE LEGENDARY Waterfront Bar & Grill in Little Italy and Werewolf Pub in the Gaslamp. Coming to you in Summer 2016.
