February is here and it is hard to believe that a month has already passed since the New Year. We haven’t let time get away from us though, as we have so many new goals for our team to accomplish in 2018 and are happy to say we have already made headway on them. Moving into 4191 Adams Ave. in Kensington, their menu is going to feature over 100 selections of sake, matcha tea, a variety of sushi options, Wagyu beef and much more. We're so happy to have helped find this grand-slam concept their first location! Mike Spilky represented the tenant in this transaction.

Maggie’s Café is currently located near Linda Vista and is loved by the entire community. They are more than excited to open their second location with owner, David Granda, returning to his roots, having grown up in the heart of Barrio Logan. Maggie’s will be a great breakfast addition to the area, bringing a fun and creative menu to the table that will surely hit the spot. Marc Karren represented the landlord in this transaction.

Harumama is set to open…today!! You may remember back in September we announced that the owners of Love Boat Sushi, Blue Ocean Robata and Sushi Bar, and Pokewan signed a lease for a restaurant space in Little Italy, and now they are officially opening their doors. This spunky concept is going to have everything from ramen to animal-shaped steamed buns. Congrats Harumama, we wish you the best of luck!
