They will be the only ground-floor retail at La Jolla Innovation Center, UCSD's newest development to be delivered in Q4. This is Bird Rock's second UCSD location, with the first being a beautiful kiosk right next to the newly built Epstein Family Amphitheater. Bird Rock will bring the 1,518 SF corner shell space to life with modern coastal aesthetics ready to serve their delicious direct trade coffee for students, staff, local businesses, and the public in 2024. The Heights | Little Italy

The group behind well-known San Diego concepts from Greystone Steakhouse, The Butcher's Cut, Breakfast and Bubbles, Zama, and many more have delivered a new concept called The Heights to Little Italy. The Heights is located on the ground floor of Broadstone Apartments in a 4,000 SF corner restaurant space on Kettner Blvd., in what was previously Café Gratitude. The Heights is led by Giovani Gargano in collaboration with Michelin Star Chefs to curate a modern fine dining menu reflecting coastal European classics while highlighting the fresh and local seafood of San Diego. Dr. Pilates opened its doors on June 26th to its first San Diego location inside a prime ground floor 1,245 SF retail space in the heart of La Mesa Village at 8239 La Mesa Boulevard. The highly-ranked fitness studio originated in Los Angeles and is known for having amazing instructors helping clients build balance, strength, control, and community inside their studio walls. Alexis Couch represented the Landlord.
