Merenda Wine will be making its debut in South Oceanside in the new mixed-use development titled The Flats located on South Coast Highway. The Flats by Fabric Investments will bring 18 apartments and two ground-floor retail spaces to be delivered in Q1 of 2024. Merenda Wine will open its European-style wine café in the 1,833 SF space with an exclusive patio and have a retail component showcasing natural and traditional wines at attainable price points. We are excited for the Merenda team to bring their concept to life close to where the co-founder grew up. Marc Karren represented Merenda Wine on their first lease.

Nashville Hot Chicken concept from Los Angeles, The Red Chickz, is bringing its first San Diego location to the Shoppes at Carlsbad in a 2,405 SF restaurant space. The franchisee is no stranger to restaurants, as they are the owners Abbey's Texas BBQ which has been in business for over 40 years. While Hot Chicken has been heating up the quick-service food scene, The Red Chickz leads the pack on TikTok with 1.2 million followers and a differentiated menu. Outside of hot chicken, they stand out with a menu that incorporates waffles, french toast, chipotle sauce, tacos, shrimp, and loaded potato wedges. Hannah Sierpina represented the tenant in their first San Diego location.

Ike's Love and Sandwiches celebrated the opening of their 6th San Diego restaurant at La Jolla Village Square. Their brand new 1,650 SF eatery welcomed over 100 guests before 11:00 am eager to enjoy a delectable sandwich and meet sandwich wizard himself, Ike. We are thrilled to have helped them land this incredible location in the highly desirable UTC trade area. Mike Spilky and Alexis Dachs represent the tenant on their continued expansion in San Diego and Inland Empire.

Volunteering | Feeding San Diego

Our team volunteered at Feeding San Diego and sorted over 900 lbs. of food for distribution to those in need. We value this organization's mission in bridging the gap of reducing wholesome food from ending up in a landfill while supporting families, seniors, children, and veterans.
