Greetings Friends |
Spring has sprung and so has Location Matters. Our upward momentum has taken us to new heights in Q1 2015. Looking back on the last three months it is no wonder how the time has flown so quickly. We launched our new website, were featured on the cover of a major publication, attended several industry events, all the while, making deals and forming new relationships. We look forward to next quarter with eager anticipation, not only for us, but for you, as well. Happy reading! |

Choice Superfood Bar & Juicery - Beachwalk Center, Solana Beach |
It comes as no surprise that Choice Juicery chose Solana Beach’s Beachwalk Center, right off South Highway 101, for their second location. With the surf and sand right down the street and co-tenants such as Yoga 6, Core 40 and Fitwall Ventures, it seemed like a no brainer as to where their next home would be. Choice Juicery specializes in cold pressed juices and a variety of superfood dishes, such as, quinoa sushi and coconut bacon cobb salad. Paul Ahern represented the tenant and Flocke & Avoyer represented the landlord.
