Originating in The Castro in San Francisco, they opened their first shop in 2007. Fast forward 8 years, Ike’s Place now has 15 locations all within Northern and Southern California and Arizona. They offer dozens upon dozens of sandwiches to choose from and each sandwich is served with their “dirty secret sauce”. It’s not just a sandwich – it’s Ike’s. Mike Spilky represented both the landlord and tenant in this transaction.

We attended this year’s ICSC RECon convention held in glittery Las Vegas. Our calendars were booked with back-to-back meetings during the day and fun parties at night. ICSC RECon is the largest global convention for the retail industry and provides networking, deal making and educational opportunities for retail real estate professionals from around the world. Thank you to everyone who made our trip a success!
