Moving into 822 Grand Ave. in Pacific Beach, the location will operate late night, serving your pizza craving needs at all hours. We can’t think of a better fit for the concept and are excited for it to hit the PB scene! Mike Spilky represented the tenant and Mike Habib with CB Commercial represented the landlord in this transaction.

We’re excited to announce the latest addition to Shea Properties’ project, Mercado Del Marrio – Posh & Polished Nail Lounge. Poised to open sometime in May, the nail lounge brings a different element to the nail salon industry, with high end spa service with an approachable atmosphere. Customers are invited to experience the difference, where they can enjoy a glass of wine and catch up with friends while getting pampered.
