November 2014
Greetings Friends
We don’t know about you, but this year has certainly flown by for us, here at Location Matters. It is hard to believe that the holiday season has officially arrived with Thanksgiving just around the corner. During this season of gratitude, our team is thankful for the successful 2014 we have had and look forward to an even more prosperous 2015. We want to pause and give thanks to all of those who have supported our growth and that, of course, includes you. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

Spectacular views of the Downtown skyline, Coronado, San Diego Bay and airport runway awaits diners and guests as it sits atop of their one-of-a-kind upscale rental car facility, which is currently under construction and slated to open January 2016. Location Matters competed against some of the top brokerages in Southern California to obtain this high profile listing and couldn’t be more proud of our team.
