Cedros Design District is the premier destination to spend an afternoon, and it just got a whole lot better with the help of Barefoot Coffee Roasters. Only a few blocks from the beach, Barefoot Coffee Roasters has opened its first café location in Southern California. Barefoot’s original focus was on their wholesale coffee bean business, but they have recently started moving into the café scene and we are thrilled to be a part of their journey. Their bright new space in Solana Beach is the perfect one stop shop to grab Barefoot’s award-winning cold brew, pour-overs or tea drinks, paired with a pressed sandwich, salad, or pastry. The Del Sur community has been begging for a great breakfast concept and their prayers have finally been answered. Swami's Cafe has opened their 12th location in Del Sur Town Center, which has officially made Del Sur Town Center fully leased. It was a pleasure leasing this project and working with Shea Properties and all the wonderful restaurateurs that made Del Sur the restaurant hub it is today.
