The sellers, Emad and Sarah Mirgoli, originally purchased the building in 2012, for $700,000 and sold it this month, for $1,065,000. Limor Spilky, Senior Associate of Commercial Property Investment Sales, represented the sellers in this transaction.
Lucky’s Pizza & Ale – 1691 Melrose Drive, San Marcos, CA 
A San Marcos area family favorite, Lucky’s Pizza & Ale, recently sold to another local pizza operator, John Crosser, the former owner of City Pizzeria located in the CBD of Downtown San Diego. John was attracted to the extensive amount of improvements in infrastructure that the owners of Lucky’s Pizza invested into the space when they built the restaurant. The new Pizzeria will be named Ray’s Famous Pizza and Wings, offering New York style pizza, calzones, strombolis, chicken wings, oven toasted subs and salads. Paul Ahern represented the buyer and seller in this transaction.

Downtown Coastal Oceanside will become the new home to Belle Avenue Salon and Beauty Lounge. The salon and lounge space consists of 3,500 square feet in a two story building located directly on the Coast Highway. The upscale full service salon offers an array of services from haircare to facial care and is slated to open Q4 2015. Marc Karren represented the landlord and tenant in this transaction.

They remodeled the 7,180 square foot space on 6th Avenue, formerly Quality Social, boasting 30 new flat screen TV’s, for all of you sports fans, and live DJ entertainment, if music is what you’re after. Mike Spilky represented the landlord and Anthony Villasenor of Sierra West represented the tenant in this transaction.
