Also, for all the health nuts out there they will be serving avocado toast, acai bowls and wraps, creating the ultimate one stop shop for everyone’s cravings. The uber-popular fast-casual Filipino concept from LA, Oi Asian Fusion, is officially opening their second San Diego location in Carmel Mountain Ranch Town Center. Getting tons of stellar reviews from their current Barrio Logan location, the owner has been determined to find the next great spot to grow this unique brand. We’re so happy to have helped them through their search and we’re sending a big congratulations to the Oi team on their new store! Alexis Dachs represented the Tenant.

They have been producing hand-made products in the Bay Area for over 40 years and were determined to find the perfect spot for their first store in the San Diego market. With the beach steps away, the hottest stores and restaurants surrounding them, and tourists flocking the streets, they’re sure to make a killing here.
