The location is a 1,820 SF restaurant space on Hwy 1 with high visibility and parking and we’re thrilled to help them close on the standout location. For three decades The Cottage has been a consistent favorite amongst brunch-goers in La Jolla. The brand has mastered traditional American mixed with Southern California cuisine paired with a contemporary Victorian ambiance. With the successful opening of their 2nd location in Encinitas last year, the brand is ready to expand again. The Cottage will be opening at Del Mar Plaza in Spring 2023 inside a 1,987 SF ground-floor restaurant with an outside patio alongside Camino Del Mar. Mike Spilky represented the tenant.

Boutique Facial and Skin Spa, In the Nude Skincare has found a new home in University Heights. They moved into a 1,150 SF space on El Cajon Boulevard steps away from the newly renovated Lafayette Hotel. With the new space, they have expanded their team and list of services. We are excited to see this fantastic local skincare spa thrive in its new location. Hannah Sierpina represented the tenant.
