Location Matters leased the most prime corner restaurant space in Del Mar Plaza to Moose Restaurant Group – the acclaimed team behind Fred’s Mexican Cafe & Tamarindo in North Park. After almost two years in the making, Tamarindo officially opened in Del Mar Plaza in April 2021. The restaurant founded by Moose Restaurant Group spans over 5,618 square feet including their large ocean view patio. The concept has already been a hit in the Del Mar community and with margaritas that good we aren’t surprised! Location Matters represented the Landlord and the Tenant.
