Alexis Couch joined the Location Matters team in 2017 as Client Services Coordinator/Marketing Specialist. Here she manages client relations, companywide and transaction level marketing, as well as operations.

Alexis’ diverse background in architecture, construction management and sales has led her to pursue a career in commercial real estate. While in school, Alexis interned at Rudolph and Sletten, a general contractor/construction management firm, as a Project Engineer for two and a half years. There she gained a tremendous amount of knowledge about the elaborative discourse that occurs between owners, tenants, architects, engineers, and contractors during the construction of commercial properties.

Prior to joining Rudolph and Sletten, Alexis interned for Home Building Concepts, a firm that offers real estate, architecture and construction services for custom homes. At Home Building Concepts she worked under the lead architect and learned about the patience, close attention to detail and hard work that comes with designing, permitting, and communicating with clients.

Alexis is a graduate of the University of San Diego where she obtained a B.A. in Architecture with two minors in Business Administration and Management. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Honors Program with an overall GPA of 3.98. She lives in Mission Valley and enjoys spending time with her family, running on the beach, and traveling around the world.
