Wine lovers rejoice! Pali Wine Co. is bringing their coveted wine to San Diego with a 1,600 square foot tasting room on India Street in Little Italy. The Lompoc based wine company has been around since 2005 and are best known for their Pinot Noir. They also have a winery in Lompoc and another tasting room in downtown Santa Barbara. Pipeline Physical Therapy - 713 Mission Avenue, Oceanside, CA 92054
Downtown Coastal Oceanside will become the next home to Pipeline Physical Therapy. Their new space consists of 1,650 square feet located in the middle of the Mission Avenue Improvements Project, which was completed during Q1 2015. Marc Karren represented the landlord and Kevin Calmenson of Pacific Coast Commercial represented the tenant.
El Taco Caliente – 642 W. Mission Avenue, Escondido, CA 92025
We did what no other broker could; after a 7 year vacancy, Marc Karren stepped in and leased the space at 642 W. Mission Avenue in Escondido within 90 days of obtaining the listing. El Taco Caliente signed a 10 year lease for the 1,400 square foot space in a shopping center anchored by Lowe’s. This is the second Escondido location for the fast casual Mexican food restaurant. Marc Karren represented both the tenant and landlord in this transaction. Muy bien!

Burger Lounge in gorgeous Marina Del Rey’s Marina Marketplace is now open for business! As the entertainment and dining destination for Marina Del Rey, Marina Marketplace could not be a more suitable site for the grass-fed burger chain. This is their 15th (open) location. Mike Spilky represented the tenant and David Sorenson of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord in this transaction.

Napizza – The HUB | Hillcrest Marketplace, 1030 University Avenue, San Diego, CA 92103
Our friends at Napizza opened their third location at The HUB in Hillcrest | Hillcrest Marketplace. The green certified and popular pizzeria’s menu revolves around pizza al taglio, or Roman style pizza by the slice, using locally sourced ingredients with no chemicals or preservatives. Paul Ahern currently and exclusively represents Napizza and Mike Spilky currently and exclusively represents The HUB | Hillcrest Marketplace’s landlord’s restaurant spaces.

Officially Off the Market
After falling head over heels for a mid-west gal in the beginning of 2014, our very own Paul Ahern decided to make his girlfriend a "best and final" offer that she could not refuse. Paul popped the question at Fiesta Del Sol in Solana Beach, where he and Callie had spent countless weekends together surfing and sunbathing before moving in together in East Village last Fall. The two of them look forward to tying the knot and making it official next Spring with their friends at the LWP Group's venue, The Pearl Hotel.

Restaurant Industry Added more than 9,000 Locations in 2014
The restaurant industry added a net 9,022 establishments in 2014, which represented the fifth consecutive year with gains of at least 7,000 locations. The quickservice segment registered its largest unit expansion since 2006, while growth in the fullservice segment slowed in 2014, according to the NRA’s Chief Economist Bruce Grindy.
