Marc Karren represented the landlord and Kevin Calmenson of Pacific Coast Commercial represented the tenant. El Taco Caliente – 642 W. Mission Avenue, Escondido, CA 92025 We did what no other broker could; after a 7 year vacancy, Marc Karren stepped in and leased the space at 642 W. Mission Avenue in Escondido within 90 days of obtaining the listing. El Taco Caliente signed a 10 year lease for the 1,400 square foot space in a shopping center anchored by Lowe’s. Paul popped the question at Fiesta Del Sol in Solana Beach, where he and Callie had spent countless weekends together surfing and sunbathing before moving in together in East Village last Fall. The two of them look forward to tying the knot and making it official next Spring with their friends at the LWP Group's venue, The Pearl Hotel.
