They joined Westfield Mission Valley West in a 7,986 SF state-of-the-art facility right of Hwy 8 for optimal convenience. Offering a range of programs from recreational and competitive gymnastics, parkour, and seasonal camps to afterschool care and party venue space, there is something for every kid to enjoy and participate in. Alexis Couch represents the Tenant in their ongoing expansion.

Mak Mak Organic made its debut in Oceanside, delivering organic Asian street food inside its beautiful modern restaurant space on the ground floor of Pierside South. The cuisine is heavily influenced by chef and owner James Limjoco’s culinary adventures in Southeast and East Asia where he learned flavors and techniques from the locals.
