The first Broken Yolk Café in Orange County has opened its doors to the public. The former Carrows restaurant, located at 2810 E. Chapman Ave., Orange, CA is approx. 4,000 SF. This is the 11th location for Broken Yolk and they are currently looking to open more sites in Irvine, Costa Mesa, Tustin, Anaheim, Anaheim Hills, Buena Park, Santa Ana. The Broken Yolk Cafe is quickly becoming a huge success with average wait times over 30 minutes during peak business hours.

The former Vigilucci’s Restaurant is located on the second floor and is serving both lunch and dinner. The menu includes items such as appetizers, tapas - calamari stuffed with chorizo and roasted garlic, red wine braised oxtail, entrees, paella, seafood, meats and poultry.
