Cococabana — Downtown Oceanside
|
|
Local restaurant group, Grind & Prosper, opened Cococabana on July 29th as the first of two concepts within The Brick Hotel, with Q and A Restaurant & Oyster Bar soon to follow. Cococabana brings us a tropical Caribbean-style cocktail bar and premium bites with artful aesthetics to match. The open-air 2,100 SF rooftop space boasts spectacular views of downtown Oceanside and the Pacific from the 4th floor and is already making waves as a new hotspot for drinks and brunch. Teamwork made the dreamwork in this transaction with Marc Karren representing the landlord and Mike Spilky representing the tenant to fully activate The Brick Hotel.

Ike's Love and Sandwiches — Sorrento Valley

Ike's Love and Sandwiches had an epic grand opening at their new 1,046 SF location in Sorrento Valley. Ike himself was there greeting all the loyal "Ikesters" there to score a free sandwich at 10am. Our team also joined in on the fun and is looking forward to their future San Diego openings in La Jolla and Poway. If you haven't heard by now, Ike's is on a West Coast takeover with 80+ locations and is on a continuous hunt for more fantastic locations with Mike Spilky and Alexis Dachs leading the charge in San Diego and the Inland Empire.

Main Chick Hot Chicken — Carlsbad
|
|
Main Chick Hot Chicken has brought the heat with another grand opening! This LA-based Nashville-style concept has been serving up new locations throughout SoCal since its first brick n' mortar location in Pasadena in 2019. Their 3rd location in San Diego can be found in Carlsbad's Bressi Ranch Village Center in a previously revamped Cravory Cookies 1,270 SF space. Alexis Dachs represented the Tenant.

Tajima Ramen — National City
|
|
San Diego's well-established ramen chain, Tajima Ramen, has been a local favorite since 2001 and has just leased its first South County location in National City. With plans to debut in the fall of 2022, they will transform a 649 SF site within Plaza Bonita Mall into their well-known Japanese quick-serve restaurant, offering ramen, rice bowls, appetizers, and drinks. Alexis Dachs represented the Tenant.
