It is almost time to say goodbye to 2020 and thank goodness. This year has presented a multitude of hurdles for many and challenged people emotionally, physically, and professionally. Though grim, the year did prove some merit with how it put priorities in perspective and against all odds many great deals got done. Location Matters saw very clearly this year what we are so incredibly grateful for. Just closed in Downtown Vista Village! The 3,612 square foot restaurant that once served patrons of Town Hall Public House will be transferring ownership to a San Diego favorite, Best Pizza & Brew. The one-of-a-kind property with beautiful “like new” fixtures sold for $1,630,000. Marc Karren represented both the Buyer and Seller.

After a strong 15 year run in Coronado, the mother-daughter team Pam Aldridge and Kristin Weygandt, have sold Cafe 1134 to Parakeet Cafe. Parakeet has already proved to be a strong cafe option for Coronado residents with their vast menu of healthy offerings and extensive selection of teas and elixir lattes. A double congrats to Main Chick Hot Chicken for their opening at Clairemont Town Square and signing another deal for 1,266 square feet at Arrive Mission Valley.
