The beloved, local gymnastics facility, San Diego Gymnastics, has officially found their 4th home located in La Costa Plaza. This family owned business has three stellar locations in Point Loma’s Liberty Station, Otay Ranch Town Center and La Mesa’s Grossmont Center Mall. Unlike most gymnastics facilities, they do not operate in industrial warehouses, but instead are centered in retail areas with restaurants and shopping where parents will feel comfortable dropping off their kids. We are excited to be a part of the San Diego Gymnastics team and ready to find more incredible locations to come. Alexis Dachs represented the Tenant in this lease.

Oi Asian Fusion – Carmel Mountain Ranch

Congrats to Oi Asian Fusion on their opening their doors this past month in Carmel Mountain Ranch Town Center! With tons of demand from the North County community to open a location in their neck of the woods, Oi answered their prayers and now have their 2nd San Diego location and 6th store overall. Oi’s modern and unique brand paired with their authentic menu is a much needed addition to the Carmel Mountain Ranch community. Can’t wait to see all their success! Pelican Communities’ SALT Parking Garage Ribbon Cutting

This week we had the pleasure of attending the ribbon cutting for Pelican Communities’ brand new 450 car public parking garage attached to SALT, which will service the residents & tourists of Downtown Oceanside. With SALT fully leased & the parking structure complete, we feel grateful to be a part of all this positive change for Downtown Oceanside! |
