We have loved working with Ike's Love and Sandwiches to help grow their presence in San Diego. The first of many new locations in San Diego will be in Regency Centers' Twin Peaks shopping center in Poway. Ike's will be occupying a 1,225 square foot space adjacent to Target. Ike's mouthwatering specialty sandwiches are a must-try and lucky for everyone they have four existing locations in San Diego where one can try their stellar sandos. Mike Spilky represented the Tenant.

Torsap Thai Kitchen — Bressi Ranch
Torsap Thai
We are excited to announce a new Thai concept is headed for The Square at Bressi Ranch. Location Matters represented Torsap Thai Kitchen, an acclaimed Thai food restaurant from Walnut Creek, in negotiating their new lease for the space previously occupied by WR Kitchen & Bar. Torsap will offer an elevated version of traditional Thai cuisine out of the 3,990 square foot restaurant that is accompanied by 830 square feet of patio space. This location will not only be Torsap's first San Diego restaurant, but San Diego's first taste of a differentiated Thai offering like Torsap's. Mike Spilky of represented the Tenant.

Glass Box — Carmel Valley
Glass Box
The Sky Deck is now running on all cylinders with the opening of Glass Box. Glass Box is the final restaurant to open in the dining collective above Jimbo's. The owner and chef, Ethan Yang, created a one-of-a-kind dining experience where patrons dine inside a glass-enclosed sushi and raw bar. Yang wanted the glass box to literally and figuratively represent a transparent dining experience where diners can share in the art of the preparation as part of their meal. We have thoroughly enjoyed trying out each restaurant as they have opened and can't wait for people to enjoy Glass Box! Mike Spilky represented the Tenant and the Landlord.
