The Cottage Encinitas opened its doors last month at Encinitas Village Shopping Center. The group has beautifully revamped the 3,500-square-foot Native Foods Cafe space into a modern Victorian-styled restaurant. This expansion marks the first since the opening of their flagship location in La Jolla. For 3 decades, The Cottage has been a go-to for many looking to enjoy traditional American cuisine with a taste of Southern California during breakfast, brunch, and lunch. We are pleased to have helped find the perfect location bringing a La Jolla favorite to North County patrons. Mike Spilky represented the Tenant.
