We’re excited to announce that Deanna has joined the Location Matters team as our Operation Manager supporting the team through client relations, operations, and both company and transaction-level marketing. Her mix of work experience and drive to help clients and the company succeed are what make her a strong addition to the Location Matters team.
Deanna grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Business Marketing. In exploring the creative industry, she worked at Prem PR and Social Media helping the boutique agency with client deliverables and company operational development. Her interest and experience in Real Estate derived from working in commercial property management at Kilroy Realty. There she helped manage a portfolio of 1.4 million sq ft of stabilized office buildings and mixed-use development.
In her free time, Deanna can be found enjoying the outdoors hiking or surfing, trying new recipes in the kitchen, or spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Ziggy. She looks forward to future travels and loves immersing herself in new cultures through art history and enjoying local cuisine.

After a 2-year hiatus, Location Matters was back in Las Vegas for the return of the International Council of Shopping Centers, better known as ICSC. The Las Vegas Convention Center was certainly alive with incredible energy and impressive booths. With two packed days, our trip was significant in the realm of connections, learning, and exploring possibilities for our clients. ICSC is a must for those in industry, and we look forward to it annually as it continues to expand our network and opportunites.
