Location Matters is proud to announce that it has leased the last remaining space at 2425 National City Blvd. Jose Bravo facilitated the signing of the last remaining lease to State Farm Insurance Agent Pedro Tamayo. Before leasing the final space, Jose Bravo had also facilitated the signing of leases for two other tenants: : “La Mixteca” a Mexican ice cream shop with locations in Vista and San Marcos, and Crazy Wireless a Metro PCS authorized cell phone distributor. Location Matters represented both the Landlord and Tenant in these last three transactions. |
