Tabu Shabu has officially opened their delicious, interactive Japanese hot pot concept in their landmark location in North Park. Tabu Shabu replaced Paesano's, and thoroughly remodeled the 50-year-old space to now feature a horseshoe-shaped dining bar with individual cooktops at every seat, amongst other serious renovations. We are so excited for them to continue their booming success in their first San Diego location. Mike Spilky represented both the Tenant and the Landlord.

Otay Ranch's new shopping center, Millenia Town Center, has recently had the pleasure of welcoming their newest rockstar tenant, Iceskimo. After five years of Iceskimo's uber-unqiue shaved snow concept absolutely crushing it in Convoy, we are confident they will have the same success in their beautiful new space, that is twice the size! We are excited to announce our client Carte Blanche has officially opened for business at their debut location in Downtown Oceanside. Chuck Ross, the restauranteur behind Fiesta de Reyes, Casa de Reyes, and Barra Barra Saloon, has taken his expertise to a new level with the opening of their French inspired Mexican Bistro. We know their concept will be a success in their killer location in Oceanside's newest mixed-use development, SALT. Marc Karren represented the Tenant and the Landlord.
