Angry Chickz is on the move! This year they have already signed their ninth location in San Jose and their tenth in Las Vegas. The 3,450 square foot space is the answer to fans tireless requests and will be their steppingstone into the Las Vegas market. The San Jose location, approximately 2,800 square feet, opened just last week with a line wrapping around the block. Angry Chickz is not letting anything stand in the way of their growth and we anticipate even more locations to come! Alexis Dachs represented the Tenant.

Joyee's Dumpling House — 4S Ranch
Joyee's Dumpling House
We were pleased to help Joyee's Dumpling House, a traditional Chinese dumpling concept, find their third location last month. With their Kearny Mesa and Poway locations doing so well, it was time to expand a little further north to 4S Ranch. They’ll be taking over the former 1,300 square foot Rubicon space in 4S Commons Towns Center, which will fulfill the center’s need for a strong Asian operator. Alexis Dachs represented the Tenant.
