And just like that, April is behind us and May is here. The last month has been a refreshing change of scenery with restaurants being the most open we have seen them in over a year. Between restrictions lifting and the relief being allotted, restauranteurs are finally able to breathe a little. We so admire the resilience restaurants have maintained over the last year and could not be happier to see many up and running again. With over 60 years of Italian craftsmanship behind the company, Aranelli provides its customers with beautiful designs and cabinetry imported directly from Italy. This type of quality is something that never goes out of style and we were happy to help Aranelli find another location so they can continue to do what they do best! In their 4,179 square foot space, The Lab Collaborative will provide a place for up & coming chefs and mixologists to pilot their craft to the community for six months. Each season will bring new talent and a new menu. We are so excited for this concept to take flight and can’t wait to see the culinary wonders that are created! Marc Karren represented the Landlord.

215 S Coast Hwy is now home to the only full-service vet clinic in all of coastal Oceanside. After opening just a few weeks ago, Neighborhood Vet Hospital has already made plenty of furry friends. Owner and veterinarian Dr. Christopher Hoolihan has created a one-of-a-kind facility that provides all types of pet care from surgery, weight management, digital radiology, and so much more. We know the pets of Oceanside will be treated with the utmost care at the Neighborhood Vet Hospital and come to call it a home away from home. Marc Karren represented the Landlord and the Tenant.
