We are excited to announce that Iconic Fitness, the longstanding tenant of 237 East Valley Pkwy, has purchased the property for $1,680,000. This 7,000 square foot space is located in downtown Escondido and offers group personal training and individual sessions to suit a variety of fitness needs. Their intense CrossFit workout is a must-try if you are looking to get your sweat on. We were extremely happy for Iconic Fitness to now own the building they have called home for the last 12 years! Ike's Love & Sandwiches — UTC
Ike's Love & Sandwiches is not slowing down with their expansion anytime soon! The group just signed a lease for a location in UTC, taking over the 1,650 square foot space that was previously occupied by Jamba Juice in La Jolla Village Square. We are stoked to have locked in this killer spot for Ike's in the highly desirable trade area of UTC. This year they've already signed leases for Poway and Sorrento Valley locations and now we can add one more to the roster! With a wide variety of specialty sandwiches and an insanely delicious menu, we are stoked to help Ike's continue to grow their footprint in California. Mike Spilky represented the Tenant.
