Intazza Coffee Works — Golden Hill
|
|
Intazza is on the rise in San Diego and we are proud to announce that they will be occupying the 1,958 square foot signature restaurant space at Golden Hill's newest mixed-use development, Buzz, located at 1144 30th St. Intazza's exotic coffee roasts and ridiculously delicious sandwiches, salads and flatbreads will be a crowd pleaser for the future Buzz residents and the surrounding community. Developers Rammy Cortez of Rammy Urban Infill and Alexander Alemany of Hub & Spoke Communities have strategically planned the $9 million mixed-use apartment building with a stand-out design sitting on a high point in Golden Hill offering panoramic views. We thoroughly enjoyed helping the developers locate this tenant that perfectly fits the project's vision. Alexis Dachs represented the Tenant and Mike Spilky represented the Landlord.
