The former Beach Club Bar/Restaurant was recently sold located at 1903 S. Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA 92054
Location Matters is pleased to announce the sale and closing of the Beach Club, located at 1903 S Coast Hwy, Oceanside 92054. The sale included all furniture, fixtures, equipment, type 47 ABC license, and also involved a new 10 year lease term with the purchaser. The buyer, Rassel, Inc. will re-branding the location as "The Pour House". Paul Ahern of Location Matters facilitated this sale/lease, representing the Seller in the transaction, while Geoff Mountain of Distinctive Properties represented the Buyer.
