The Hub Marketplace – Hillcrest
The Hub Marketplace – Hillcrest

We are proud to join forces with Regency Centers in the listing of two signature Restaurant spaces in The HUB (Hillcrest Uptown Block) Hillcrest Market, formerly known as The Uptown District Shopping Center. Regency Centers has hired Location Matters as their exclusive agent for the Restaurant leasing of the 150,000 sq. ft. retail project.  The $3 million transformation of The Uptown District Shopping Center is currently underway and plans to deliver by the end of this year. The upgrade entails adding new custom murals by Southern California-based artists, sculptural art installations by Chris Puzio and MakeFab, and a new facade and color waves on the buildings. Other features include drought-resistant and indigenous landscaping, new hardscaping, and WiFi. The Uptown District Shopping Center first opened in 1989 and remains to be the largest commercial space in Uptown.
