Greetings Friends!

Can you believe it is already September? August proved to be a step in the right direction in our journey back to normality. With new listings, signed deals, and indoor dining permitted at 25% capacity for San Diego County, our team at Location Matters is optimistic about Q4. We hope everyone is remaining healthy and keeping their head up as Fall approaches – happy reading! |

Main Chick Hot Chicken — Clairemont
Hailing from West LA and growing quick, Main Chick Hot Chicken is coming to San Diego! The Nashville style fried chicken concept was born from the brilliant restaurateurs of Oi Asian Fusion. After helping Oi Asian Fusion with one of their San Diego locations, Location Matters was happy to find a dynamite spot for Main Chick’s SD restaurant. Main Chick will be occupying 1,040 square feet in Clairemont Town Square. Alexis Dachs represented the Tenant.

With so many pet residents in Oceanside, a veterinarian was definitely in order. Dr. Chris Hoolihan will be coming to the rescue with his new 3,500 square feet veterinarian hospital right on Coast Highway. The space's open floor plan, high ceilings, and abundant natural light will provide a bright and inviting haven to bring pets in need. Marc Karren represented the Landlord and the Tenant in this transaction.

Liberty Call Distilling Co. — Barrio Logan
Our friends at Liberty Call Distilling Co. slowly but surely have been able to open their new 3,000 square foot restaurant and distillery in Mercado Del Barrio. The long anticipated opening pivoted to the group producing their own hand sanitizer for first responders and health care centers, to to-go food and cocktails, to serving patrons on their patio, to now inviting customers to dine indoors at 25% capacity. No matter the circumstance, Liberty Call has rose to the challenge and continue to wow customers with not only their award-winning spirits, but also their delicious California tapas. Marc Karren represented the Landlord and the Tenant in this transaction.
